In my leadership and art process, I draw from multiple styles to meet the needs of each project and team. Alongside the coaching approach, I lean into emotionally intelligent leadership, staying attuned to team dynamics, individual well-being, and the subtle cues that help build trust and cohesion. My background in the arts and design sector allows me to approach leadership with curiosity and creativity, often using innovation to solve problems or reimagine traditional ways of working. As someone who is neurodiverse, I think differently—often visualising ideas and strategies in ways that unlock new perspectives. This mindset drives my commitment to accessibility, not only in the physical and digital environments I help create but also in how I communicate, collaborate, and structure leadership. I believe that inclusive leadership isn’t an add-on—it’s a foundation. Ensuring that everyone feels seen, heard, and supported is one of my core values, and it informs every interaction and decision I make as a leader.
