Whats my Creative Process?
When I start a project, I dive in with a wide range of art materials and use storyboards to map out ideas visually. I begin with lots of research and ask many questions to fully understand the concept before creating anything. I enjoy collaborating with others, bringing in different perspectives, and I’m especially drawn to using strong visuals and exploring detailed aspects of the event space or stage to shape the experience.

i see myself progressing to a creative management specialist. Companies such as East Midlands based Eventurous, imagine Events, Nottingham Play House and Eventologists, as well as London based companies like Wonderland Agency and Story Events.

I often use visual aids, sketches, and design layouts to support spoken instructions, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all learning styles. My transferable skills—such as emotional intelligence, adaptability, and strong communication—enable me to manage diverse teams, navigate challenges, and inspire innovation. By combining visual storytelling with empathetic leadership, I create inclusive, engaging environments where collaboration and growth flourish.
